Golden Hotel - Naples

Location lets you explore major attractions with ease. The port's just a short walk. The rooms are cleaned daily, maintaining a decent level of tidiness and comfort.

The rooms can be cramped, especially the bathrooms, which have minimal space and a shower lacking proper soap and shampoo storage. Morning noise from the breakfast area can be intrusive, and lack of breakfast options leaves a lot to be desired, despite the nice pastries available. Wi-Fi issues also caused frequent disconnections, frustrating for anyone needing reliable connectivity.

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, with access to attractions within walking distance. Staff members were nice and responsive. The mini-bar had a solid range of refreshments. Our room was modern with a SUPER comfortable bed and good wardrobe space. The noise from the breakfast area in the morning was noticeable, especially since our room was nearby. The bathroom had some minor maintenance issues, particularly with the shower grout looking stained, though it remained clean. Breakfast options were limited, which might not suit everyone's taste.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in twin room with a minibar, central heating, and an iron. Particularly good bathroom, welcoming and incredibly nice staff. Marvellous location for our visit to an ornate basilica not too far away from the hotel. Greatly enjoyed shopping area.

I was in several hotels in Naples. Friendly staff, clean room. The Golden Hotel is for sure a good ratio money for value. It is also on the side of a small street so little noise is coming from it.

Really excellent 3* hotel, I am unsure why it's rating is not higher (I've been in worse 4* hotels in italy). Everything is brand new, very well furnished, great bathroom, excellent staff, good breakfast. Good location, and a parking in building (not "near" etc). Free internet.

Room was somewhat smaller.

The room was well-equipped and had modern decor. The beds were comfortable, view over city was pleasant. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from an Italian archeological museum.

Ideal location for exploring Naples

The location is unbeatable, only a short walk to major attractions and the lively streets of Naples.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was non-existent , disappointing. The lack of power sockets near the work area was also a bit inconvenient while working remotely.

Large and clean room (paid single but got double for single use) and bathroom (with shower gel - not only soap), central but safe location, distance to ferries and bus ok, safe in room large enough for notebook computer, breakfast average

Wireless internet was rather slow (but free)

The location is great, 1 mile from a 17th century palace. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the business district of Naples.

I appreciated the cute and friendly staff, who were available 24/7 and spoke multiple languages. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the port and shopping areas.

Room was slightly small.

I really liked the modern design of the hotel, a very nice surprise. The staff was absolutely fantastic when it came to our requests. We had an early morning flight at 7 am the next morning and the hotel prepared an extra early breakfast for us and had a taxi parked outside the hotel at the exact time we requested, making our trip to the airport much more efficient.

triple room was two double rooms connected together which meant 2 TVs 2 Bathrooms 2 safes which was great. Staff were helpful and have good knowledge of english except for the old guy late at night who couldn't speak a word of english !

Internet did not work in the room which was a bit annoying.
